“I purchased 3x rechargable table lamps. They are gorgeous lights delivered very quickly and so easy to use. I did return 1 as I didn't like the shade of base in my room as much as I thought I would. The returns process was so simple and easy and I was refunded within 7 days.”

“I’m absolutely in love with my new Aesop standing lamp from Pooky. It has finished off my living room perfectly. It’s elegant and gives the whole room the warmest, cosiest vibe exactly what I’d been hoping for. The lamp is really well made, beautiful antique brass and has completely changed the atmosphere. It looks effortlessly stylish and ties everything together just as I hoped. A wonderful addition to my home and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with it.”

“The lights we received are of a solid construction and contemporary design. Pooky kept us abreast of delivery status and were very helpful when I thought I'd not received all my order (my error)”

“The lamps feel solid, satisfyingly tactile and a quality product. The rechargeable cells fit really well into the lamp base and the magnetic connections for the cells and lampshades too are genius. The lampshades (one block printed cotton and one hand painted on card) are both gorgeous. Super quality, arrived beautifully and thoughtfully packaged, delivered quickly. The cells are so easy to recharge and give really cosy lighting, without the need for sockets or trailing cords. Honestly, really delighted.”

“I have ordered from Pooky four times and on three of those occasions the items have arrived damaged. I ordered the Pooky swan neck wall light and it arrived significantly dented at the base. I had to arrange an exchange with customer service. They then sent another damaged wall light - with scratches down to the base metal and black marks along one side. I contacted customer service and was told to again exchange the lamp. No compensation offered, just more inconvenience. I had intended on ordering further lamps and switches for the whole house but will not be placing any further orders with them, as they have consistent quality assurance problems.”
