“I am delighted with my Pooky lampshades. I ordered a few for different rooms and they are lovely. The ordering process is easy, the goods arrived promptly, and returns is straightforward. I only returned one because the colours didn't quite work with the furnishings in the room unfortunately, but I will definitely buy from Pooky again in the future.”

“I ordered some light shades and coincidentally was given a discount because I ordered around Black Friday. I didn't ask for the discount and could not remove. Now you are not giving me a full refund as I ordered using a promotional code”
