“Thrilled with my persimmon silk lampshades that glow dark orange when the bulbs are on, while the inside appears a light yellow. Gives the room a warmth and elevation.”

“I love Pooky products, and am very happy with the few I have. However, it seems that, the moment I want something, it's out of stock. I have been waiting at least a month for a Bow-tie wall light, and apparently, the Lewis double spotlight in black will not return until about April. I wish Pooky luck in improving its supply chain.”

“Brilliant demo centre in Gloucester. We bought the three wall lights we came to look at, then we went into back room where they were selling discontinued items and items with small defects and bought another lamp. They served very good coffee that was bought to us a splended laquered tray, we took the card of the maker back with us (Zazoo) and bought a couple of trays for Christmas presents. Very enjoyable day!”

“The most beautiful light. The quality of this pendant is second to none. It looks absolutely gorgeous. A minimalistic design, but with enough detail to make a big statement. It has completely transformed the space. Delivery was also very prompt (next day after ordering). Could not be happier”

“Received the Ruby Candy Stripe lampshades. Absolutely love them. Arrived quickly with care and attention to packaging of the shades. They are a high quality and love the colour. “I recently purchased the Tiny Trindle rechargable lamp and love it so much that I've just bought another one. (The Genesis system is definitely the future!) I have also bought two lampshades for existing lamp bases, both of which are beautiful and of a very high quality. Very happy customer.”

“Service 5/5 - I ordered the day before Black Friday for the whole site to offer 15% off < 24 hours later. Contacted Pooky and they refunded the difference. (Maybe the right model would have been for Pooky to contact me and offer the discount though!). Lamp base 5/5 - I love it; heavy cut crystal and it feels substantial Lamp shade 4/5 - it doesn’t quite sit flat when connected to the base (via the magnets) and because the metal arms are solid, there’s no ability to adjust and correct it. Light unit 3/5 - They work really well and hold a good charge (2 “days” if using for mood lighting). The usb c connector is a bonus… However, it’s not so convenient. That’s because you have to use the proprietary cable that’s supplied with the lamp. A normal USB C or Thunderbolt cable does not work. Not sure why this design decision was taken but I’d forego any features to have universal charging compatibility and not rely on a dedicated cable.”
