“I recently placed an first time order with Pooky on a Sunday afternoon for a lampshade. Site was easy to use and order went through with no difficulty. I was kept informed of delivery at all times and incredibly my lampshade arrived at 9am on the following Tuesday perfectly packed. Talk about efficiency! The gathered lampshade in sand silk is beautiful and gives a really wam glow when lit and I have no hesitation at all in recommending Pooky to anyone as the service and product was second to none and price extremely reasonable.”

“I was nervous buying a mirror online but I need not have worried. It came quickly, was professionally delivered and beautifully packed. The mirror now looks stunning in my hall bouncing the light around and making a small space look bigger. Delighted!”

“Pooky nail it again. The ordering process couldn't be easier and the prompts for the correct bulbs are so helpful! You get updated throughout the whole process so you're always aware of your parcel's whereabouts. It arrives beautifully wrapped and the returns process if you have any issues is so easy to follow. “I placed an order for a swan neck wall light fitting. Pooky communicated well at every stage, letting me know when my order was dispatched and due to be delivered. I was delighted with the look and quality of the light fitting. Excellent value for money too. Thank you!”

“Honestly not impressed. I wanted a gift voucher for a friend - went to the shop - they don’t sell them - you must buy it online . Bought it online at home - really underwhelmed at an unimpressive looking offering , printed over two pages . I wanted a voucher for £300 - so had to buy and print 3 separate pages . For what was meant to be a nice looking gift , I ended up with 3 doubles sided pages of A4. Luxe - it was not”

The cards should be printed onto one page so I do apologise this has happened to you as I can understand your frustration with this. “Beautiful lights, all even more impressive when installed. We’ve purchased multiple lights for a new house, all different types for inside and out and every one has surpassed expectations. Several of our trades have asked where our lights are from and intend to take a look for themselves. In addition, customer service is great and delivery is excellent - every purchase received within a couple of days at no additional cost, a great touch. Love!”
