“I do love Pooky lighting! We're just doing a house renovation, so we don't have the lights fully installed yet, but just seeing them in the boxes gets me excited! it feels like such a luxury we'll get to experience every day!”

“The product is gorgeous but the delivery was not impressive. One part arrived at the specified time; the main bulk of the order did not. I rang Pooky and was told it would arrive later in the day & I would receive an email advising me of the time. No email arrived. Later on I received notification that the parcel had been delivered to a property next door. It had been left outside. The box was huge. I struggled to lift it and had to drive my car round to collect it!! I accept this may have been the fault of DPD but not impressed. This item was worth over £300.”

“Ordered two of the "Tiny cupola in prismatic glass with antique brass fitting and gallery". On arrival they were visually as lovely as in the photos but I had real difficuty in tightening the ring that secures the gallery to the fitting - it is a very small light and this space is accordingly tiny and you need similarly tiny fingers to hold the ring! Also the screws on the gallery that secure the glass shade stop well short and so the shade rattles. I contacted Pooky and they respond immediately by sending out replacement gallery and shades. Unfortunately it is a design issue not a manufacturung fault and so replacements were just the same. I've managed to get the ring tightened using small pliers and used rubber bands around the shade neck to reduce the space between it and screws. Not ideal but it works. But overall, I'm delighted with the lights, they are just what I wanted, and also Pooky's attempts to overcome issues. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.”

“I visited the shop - delightful and very worth the trip! Very inspiring. I was confused about what I needed to order from the website -…. But the shop team were brilliant. Then I bought light fittings - very happy. But I bought the blue spruce portal mirror - it’s really soft grey not blue as in the photos. So I will be returning that and trying the green one instead! The blue mirror also had a small chip…not from delivery … must have been after the firing.”

“Bought two Coopers and lampshades for either side of our bed. I had been searching for that style of extension (which can be found as VERY expensive antiques) and was so excited to have found exactly what I was looking for on Pooky. I was skeptical given the price point compared to the antiques but the quality seems to there and I am definitely a fan so far! Also, cannot believe the selection available for lampshades! Took my days to decide.”
