“I am very impressed with the lampshades I ordered and the service received. I ordered several colours and fell in love with the Morris & Co version in claret and gold. Superb quality; will certainly be coming back for more in the future. Delivery was also very quick! Highly recommend! Thank you Pooky!”

“We perchased a very beautiful lamp shade. It arrived dirty and the internal metal structure is not quite square so it sits slightly forward or backward. It's adjustable but one side of the adjustment is stuck. I called to explain that the metal structure arrived with thick dust on it and that I had then transferred the dust to the internals of the shade. She said she would refund me a percentage but she never did....”

“Beautiful light that actually gives a lovely glow also not a horrid white light like some other lighting designers. Carefully packaged and sent promptly. As a special gift to my sister who had longed for this lamp. Easy to order and great customer service. Up to the minute designs that fit into any interior scheme. Clever, clever especially in this day annd age where everything is so expensive Pooky are reasonably priced.”

“Lovely product, very classy! Customer service was very nice and helpful also. Only reason I don’t give a 5 is because the bulbs aren’t very energy efficient but it not noticeable”
