“Absolutely fantastic experience, easy to navigate and engaging website Fast, efficient well packaged shipment. The light is fabulous, love the design, perhaps slightly smaller than anticipated but I really love the design and functionality of the rechargeable battery. Love the ikat shade too! “I ordered two red stripy Scarlet Taper shades for two rechargeable pooky lights about two days before Xmas. A last mninute treat and finishing touch to my mantlepiece. I did not expect them to arrive in time but was delighted when they did and am very pleased with the quality and the red tone of colour that is understated but still joyful. Many thanks Pooky for your fast turnaround.”

“I have purchased several light fittings and three rechargeable lamps from Pooky. Always good service and I have had issues with the product on occasion. These problems have been rectified by customer service without delay. Thoroughly recommend this company. The only slightly irritating thing is that we live a very short distance from Barnwood Point but a pick up from the warehouse is not allowed. However DPD generally do a very good job in respect to delivery.”
