“This is my experience as a Pooky fan living in Spain. First of all, the Pooky team is patient and friendly (thanks Abi).As for the quality of their products, it's wonderful. I'm really happy with my purchase! As for international shipping, I made two purchases: the first was sent with DHL and the experience was good. The second purchase was sent with DPD - SEUR and it has been really frustrating. Even though I paid the customs duties, I have not received the goods. The package was sent back to the origin due to an error by the transport company (they have space issues) and right now I don't know what will happen to my money and the products I purchased. I am waiting for the Pooky team to tell me what will happen now.”

“The first pair of lampshades I ordered weren’t quite right- the return process was easy. Several weeks later I saw another pair of lampshades that I thought would work. My lamp bases are two different sizes and materials and required different size shades which complicated matters. This time I got it right with one 14cm and one 20cm shade in the gold William Morris print.”

“I love the vibrant colours and designs of the lights. I visited the showroom in London the see some lights I was getting as a present. The staff were very helpful and I chose my rechargeable lamp and shade which was despatched and received a few days later. All in all a great experience.”
