“We visited the store in Gloucester and had a fantastic experience. We purchased some pieces from the seconds outlet and also ordered pieces from the general showroom. Lovely place to visit, all the staff were extremely helpful. Our order arrived a few days later, so overall a very smooth process.”

“Always great service - not a review as such but orders two lights ahead of deciding on bigger order - one was boxed up and the other just open in the larger box. Won't be installing for months so take a photo in case an issue - looked like a returned item”

“I bought Clyfford picture lights that are very nice and I bought a dimmer switch that I was unhappy with. I’ll try to be objective in my criticism of the switch. ChatGPTv5 described its product info sheet as poor quality and unclear, when I used my camera to upload. The switch only worked well at up to 75% of mains and the bulbs would flicker if I went above that level, which I presume is the maximum level. I wouldn’t have purchased the dimmer switch if it had been clear that it had this limitation.”
