“I have bought Pooky lights previously and am very happy with all of them. My lastest purchase did not arrive , however nothing to do with you guys - silly me ! I did not notice i had sent to a different contact address at the time. All tracked down now, although they were dropped at a local Barbers Shop in the end! I just wanted to say how professional the lady was on your helpline when i initially called to say my parcel hadnt arrived. She explained she would track parcels and ensure one way or another i would get my order. Completely unflappable unlike myself when i realised i had sent them to the wrong county !!”

“Pooky was recommended to me by a friend after I admired one of her table lamps. I don’t have a retail outlet close by, so used the website. Very easy to use, MASSES of choice for the lampshade I was looking for. Very prompt delivery service. I had the shade within 2 days, and it’s perfect. I would definitely use Pooky again. Thank you.”

“We were able to see the light working at the large Gloucester showroom( and enjoy a cup of coffee at the same time) The lady we spoke to was very helpful ,answered our questions and took the order. The light arrived exactly when we were told it would. It was very securely packaged so no damage in transit. Now fitted into our new porch we are absolutely delighted with it.”
