“They have a great range of products and customer services answered my question promptly before ordering. Sadly the products I got weren't quite right so I ended up returning them, but I wouldn't hesitate to shop at Pooky again.”

“The lights are beautiful but I was disappointed to be charged a £6 re-wrapping fee when I returned a shade. I’m not sure how anyone is expected to actually see the shade without taking the plastic wrapping off and therefore there’s no practical way of receiving a full refund. I would note I subsequently ordered two replacement shades.”

We completely understand your point that the shade needs to be unwrapped in order to properly see and assess it. The re-wrapping fee is intended to cover the additional handling and packaging required to return the item to a saleable condition, rather than to discourage customers from viewing the product. “I’ve been looking for the perfect sconces for my living room ever since I painted it teal two years ago. I finally found a perfect pair of orange silk ones at Pooky & they were on sale!! “I recently ordered a rechargeable lamp for one of my bedrooms. I found the website easy to navigate, with lots of choice and the ordering was simple. Delivery took place after a few days and the packaging was sturdy and the contents all in tact. I was really pleased with my choice and the quality was well above what I expected. At least I won’t have anymore trailing cables to hide. I have purchased the rechargeable lamps before and have been so impressed with the longevity of the lights when lit, having a dimmer switch too helps to create a warm atmosphere too. Would highly recommend!!”
