“Gorgeous table lamp just what I wanted. Instructions very easy and clear. Packaging was fantastic to ensure no damage to the base. Run round Tim’e from order to delivery was exceptional.”

“I like my shades very much although the colour is much darker than anticipated. I hope for nay but I would say the colour is almost black which does not coordinate with my room. Quality is excellent. Delivery was excellent.”

“I'm new to Pooky. I love to view the online products and it's an added bonus to visit the warehouse in Gloucester. I've bought two lamps and a mirror so far and intend to buy more! The returns process is also easy and efficient. The only reason I've had to make a return is because I've misjudged the size NOT because I didn't like the product.”

“Hey pooky poo... I love you ❤️ my partner has seen the light ( I knew he would, eventually) and now wants one for his studio. Delivery was faster than the speed of light. Sustainable packaging and a thing of beauty. It was a rash decision to buy this but I'm glad I made the right choice. If you are on the fence about buying anything from this company, trust me, I'm a doctor, just put it straight in your basket 👌”

“I do love all Pooky products and absolutely love the Nova brass wall light I've bought recently, It's gorgeous and elegant. However I've only been able to purchase 1 where I need 3 as the stock is never there. This isn't really what I'd expect from pooky on something like lights? I've already messaged and have heard that the next stock is expected in June which can also be subject to delays. I find it a bit wild, happy to ofcourse wait for 2/3 months but 6 months feels too much to wait for a wall light so I will have to switch to buying from elsewhere where there is 3 available to buy.”
