“The website design is great, You can tell thought went it to, being able to see the lamps with the different shaeds is most helpful - almost too much choice! (Some 'pooky favourite combos could be a good idea). Once ordered the communication was great. The prodcuts themselves are obviously great quality and feel like an investment that will last.”

“Gorgeous GORGEOUS lamp shade in pleated cream silk. It’s a warm colour so I can get a whiter bulb. 25cms is just the right size for a tall bedside lamp base. I don’t want to see the bulb while lying in bed out of the corner of my eye and this longer shape works perfectly.”

“I can highly recommend this company as I have done already. I have bought Pooky lighting for my whole (new build)house. Every item I have bought is lovely quality and as described. A few small parts to be sent when back in stock but no quibbles . The Customer Service Team have been brilliant when I have got muddled over account details. Nothing too much trouble. Happy customer.”

“The online purchasing and delivery was first rate, and I'm quite pleased with my lights. They are a bit bigger than expected, but still fit in with my vision. However, of the four I purchased, two of then don't hang quite right. Two of them hang correctly with the rim of the shade being exactly horizontal with the floor but the rims of other two are not horizontal, and I believe that this is caused by the arm of the light not being bent enough to make the fitting drop in a vertical line. This would not be visible before fitting by a professional electrician, and the arm is too strong to be bent further by hand. I will be in contact with Pooky on the next working day for advice.”
