“Pooky promptly changed my address after I accidentally entered the wrong address. The pendants and light fittings are beautiful. The only negative being one of the bulbs for the large pendant was broken on arrival. I hope it can be replaced.”

“Not such great quality unfortunately - from the photos on the website I was expecting something less « made in china » ! The overall look is ok if you don’t look too closely but details are appalling - packaging is cheap and one of the bulbs arrived broken :( not a great fit for me”

I have had a look on our system and I can't see that you have contacted us regarding this. Please do send an email over to hello@pooky.com with some photos of the issues mentioned, and the team can have a look at this and we will try and get this resolved as soon as possible for you. “Really love this company, I keep coming back- slowly but surely replacing all of the lights and lampshades in my house! Thrilled with my latest purchase, it’s beautiful and has really finished the room perfectly. One thing I had noticed on several orders… I think someone in the warehouse has grubby fingers as there have been some small (barely noticeable) marks- but the lampshades are so lovely it doesn’t really matter. Thank you, I will be back!”

“I have to date bought four lampshades from Pooky. They are very beautiful and light up any room! I live in France and they arrive in record time, extremly well wrapped and safe from the long journey. Recently I bought a shade, it was too small for the base, no problem!, it went into a spare bedroom and gave the whole room a lift. Many thanks for thesen well priced delightful lampshades.”
