“We love Pooky products and are very happy with the ones we have bought; however, all three of the standard lamps we had delivered were in some way damaged (one of them was snapped off at the base), which was disappointing and involved hassle.”

I have had a look on your account and I can't see any orders for standard lamps, so perhaps these were purchased under a different account. “I ordered the green bamboo acrylic floor lamp and is beautiful. I’m not sure it’s worth the price but it is unique and a statement piece which goes lovely in my lounge. I’m waiting for a shade to arrive as didn’t order the one from pooky… again, I thought too expensive and was going to wait but … couldn’t!”

“So much choice it took me a while to decide! Happy with my lamps, the biggest draw for me is the braided flex, I love the old fashioned nod. Good quality and good delivery.”

“The lamp is excellent-really solid and heavy base and well made and attractive shade. My only concern is that the only place I can buy replacement bulbs is from Pooky Lamps (not Amazon or any other retailer as they have to be 'dimmable ' bulbs which aren't available in the size which fits my lamp); when I tried to order some replacement bulbs from Pooky Lamps , they are out of stock.”

The bulbs for our Phileas bases are not available elsewhere, as they have to be a certain voltage to work with the power of the battery rather than mains powered. We are out of stock of these at the moment, so I'm sorry you're not able to order a replacement! “We are very pleased with our new rechargeable lights. It is so nice not to have to worry about finding a plug for the light and also the fact that we can take them outside (if we ever get summer!). The colour fits in so much better than brass too. Definitely happy buyers.”

“I bought two rechargeable pixii picture lights, delighted with them. The lights are perfect, excellent quality ( and weighty) and are so good for illuminating paintings without having to re wire the wall. Very quick delivery. Thoroughly recommend.”

“So pleased with this lovely elegant lampshade. I bought an old oak lampbase and changed the cord and plug to suit it and the Savannah pleated lampshade in green is the final lovely flourish. I am so pleased with the finished lamp.”
