“I needed a new Table Lamp base for my bedside table. I came across Pooky and found lots of different options. I went for this one because it fitted in well with my Laura Ashley shade I didn't want to have to replace. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. The delivery driver went above and beyond keeping the box dry in the rain under his coat! I found the Pooky site user friendly and especially liked the fact it suggested the right light bulb options so I bought two. I also liked the ability to view the bases with different lamp shades. This helped to gage what it would look like in my room and will be great when I need to replace the shade. I also used a help video on Pookies site showing me how to fit and attach the different lamp shades varieties. I am very impressed. Tried to attach photo to review but although it loaded okay review wouldn't go to submit with it loaded.”

“We sourced an array of light fixtures from Pooky during our recent large scale renovation, for everywhere from kitchen to dining to bathroom to bedroom and even outside too. All stylish, elegant pieces .. beautifully made. Excellent service and follow up on queries. A particular thanks to Emmy for all your help. I'm deligted with all our finds. They have helped to finish off our home so nicely :-)”

“Look lovely with light off but slightly disappointing with separate light fitting and shade, and also with how the lamps sit slightly out at top and bottom of lamp shade. So needs a fitting with a smaller lamp that can be installed so don’t see when light is turned on.”

“Unfortunately the glass pendant shades delivered were not suitable . One had a chip on the rim and visible air bubbles. The design of the knurled screws on the ceiling rose did not fully seat down therefore exposing the screw thread which was unslightly . I was very disappointed as I had high hopes for the product . I have returned order back to Pooky for a refund.”

All of our glass shades are hand blown, so as a result they may have some small bubbles and chips in them from time to time. If this happens we are more than happy to organise for a replacement shade to be sent out to customers.
