“Would love to leave a 5-star review as I love your designs but shopping on Pooky has been a frustrating experience. The products I want are never in stock or out of stock quickly, e.g. the Tremmers single wall fitting - out of stock for months. The scallop lampshade in blue and pink - out of stock for months or sold out quickly. And why, in the age when reversible gimbals are common, do you only sell either pendant or table lamp fittings? I was after the Heraldic blue in a particular size for table lamp, but - after speaking to your customer services, it was only available as pendant fitting. You would be able to maximise your customers' choices by selling shade with reversible gimbals!”

Hi there, Thanks so much for your review. I apologise that we did not have the shade that you wanted in the reversible gimble. We are slowly moving most of our shades onto a reversible gimble, however, with some it is not possible. We do have a wide range of shades that have the reversible gimbal-580 in stock right now. “The Kings Road shop had the full range to see and the staff gave good advice and were very helpful trying different shades on lamps. Ordered that day and everything arrived within five days. Excellent quality and trouble free . Thanks”

“I'm now up to 3 of the Reed rechargeables because I love their versatility. Initialy I had a problem with one of the light and sent a mail to the team. A couple of photots later and a new base was on its way to me. Excellent products and customer service.”

“What a gorgeous chandelier once is installed ! The instructions advise to dressed the light before installation. The electrician requested to undressed it so the was a long time wasted doing this twice. But it is absolutely amazing once is installed I love it.”

“I love my new Pooky rechargeable wall lights. They were easy to put up - I think! My husband put them up but didn’t moan!!! The shades are beautiful Morris & Co design and so well made. I had occasion to contact customer services and they were brilliant. All in all, a good experience with beautiful lights.”
