“Best lamps around! We have bought a couple of the rechargeable wireless lamps and they instantly improve the decor and vibe of our rooms. There are so many beaut lamp shades to choose from as well. Check out their store if you’re ever on the King’s Road too!”

“We recently visit the store in London to view the lampshades...all very helpful in the shop and it was good to see the lamps in person. We were told that there was no stock in store and everything shipped from the storeroom. Fine. However once we got home to Scotland and ordered our lampshades, we were aghast to find that it cost £14 to ship to mainland Scotland.(it wasn't a large package).We were told that this was purely down to DPD and their charges. Anyway...the lampshades are lovely, but won't be us using Pooky again due to the delivery issue.”

“Love these cute rechargeable lamps. Set off the mantlepiece perfectly and don’t have nasty looking wires dangling about the place. Love the Ruby Candy shade it looks great with the brass lamp. Very atmospheric. All delivered well. Just need to be patient with charging the lamp fittings before use.”

“Having gone up a price bracket to buy from Pooky I am very pleased with my table lamp & shade. The shade is a little loose & wobbly on the lamp base but it look great. They arrived incredibly quickly & very well packaged.”

“Have purchased lights previously and been very happy but this time I'm very disappointed. The glass was broken so I contacted Pooky. They sent a full replacement and I was to return the previous order. They didn't arrange a pick up and insisted I find a drop off place and take the parcel there. I think this is unacceptable. What do people do who haven't a car or a decent bus route?”

“Love our new wall lights and shades. It was sent super quickly. Only a pity about now having to pay import tax for uk goods into Ireland which was over half the price of the items but not Pookys fault.”

“Very attentive customer services - the rechargeable lamp came with a little dent, which required a replacement. The issue was promptly sorted by the team and now all is perfect. Issues may always happen, but you can measure the quality of the service by the way the business handles these sort of hiccups. This is not the first Pooky lamp we own (we have chandeliers, outdoor lights and a few table lamps, and always very happy customers.”
