“I love Pooky lamps and shades but unfortunately this time I have chosen a lamp that is faulty. I really like the Murphy yellow lamp base but having had two now that have a faulty neck fitting I believe I will have to choose something different. Pooky have been very good so far at trying to resolve the issue , they have an excellent aftersales team. I am happy to shop with them again as they sell very high quality products. Their choice, service and delivery are very good.”

“Ordered a pair of Scoon rechargeable table lamp in topaz to brighten a couple of window sills in the evening, now that the days are getting shorter. The parcel arrived much quicker than I expected, all securely and neatly packaged. The lamps were already charged, so I was able to put them to use immediately. Each lamp has its own plug-in charge pad which is very convenient and so far we have enjoyed many hours of usage from each charge. The lamps are elegant, unobtrusive and give a warm downlight. The design is simple and 'clean' and suits any room - I have plans to use them in different rooms in the summer, but they would also work really well on a dining table, inside or out. I think they also make a generous gift. I felt the price was a little high but, on reflection, I am happy with the quality, the charger is included and they are rather lovely! Thank you Pooky.”

“I ordered more than one product for choice. It was very quick and simple to return the items I didn't want, and I received the refund very quickly. The outdoor lantern that we decided to keep is good quality and looks great. I just wish there had been a few more options of colour or finish.”

“We purchased a scoon wall light to show the detail in some paper art at the base of our stairs . We love the simplicity and quality of the light in particular the magnet at the base which enables it to be manouvered at all angles and easily removed for recharging . The dimmer option on the light is also a great addition which prolongs the time it can be in operation . Overal a great product which we cannot fault in anyway at all !!!!!😊”

“Delighted with my Tiddly Pom light! So well engineered and elegant design. The brass remote cover was missing but customer service Jason had it sent post haste! On the mantelpiece or on the dining table looks cheerful and beautiful. Shade is lovely! 🥰”

Hello Saima, Thank you for your lovely review. We love the combination you have chosen, the blue and yellow together are extremely eye catching! Having the lamp against a neutral back drop allows the lamp to be the focal point, we really love it! Best wishes, Ella.
