“Beautiful quality lamp, solid marble absoloutely love it. I had a small issue initially, as the lamp came without the rechargeable bulb and remote, but I sent an email and a replacement was sent out immediately. Amazing customer service, would definately recommend.”

“Incredibly impressive! The lampshades I wanted were identified immediately by a very helpful and chatty assistant in the shop on the Sunday and they were delivered to the house on the Tuesday. Couldn’t possibly ask for more. This is the way shopping should be!”

“I ordered an expensive rechargeable lamp and base that was a present for a friend. Firstly pieces arrived separately (without telling me this would happen) and when the glass base did arrive it was the wrong base. As my friend had unwrapped this I couldn’t return. I tried many times to call Pooky and also sent them an email which they couldn’t be bothered to respond to. What was once a brilliant company has become complacent and lazy. Avoid!”

“I love Pooky lamps and shades but unfortunately this time I have chosen a lamp that is faulty. I really like the Murphy yellow lamp base but having had two now that have a faulty neck fitting I believe I will have to choose something different. Pooky have been very good so far at trying to resolve the issue , they have an excellent aftersales team. I am happy to shop with them again as they sell very high quality products. Their choice, service and delivery are very good.”
