“Inadvertently bought wireless rechargeable lights . Decided to keep them as I had destroyed all packaging and see what the hype was all about. Well, yes, granted, no unsightly wires but… unsightly remote on bedside table (gold case too brash why isn’t chrome offered?) and eventually wires will rear their ugly heads as we need to fish them out of the drawer and charge the cell … not to mention having to take the shade off and remove the cell. So ultimately an old fashioned wired lamp with a straight forward light bulb is still the winner for me. So wish I wasn’t so quick at destroying boxes!”

“I’ve been looking at the Pooky rechargeable lamps for a while and then a friend of mine had bought a couple and couldn’t praise them enough. My order was delivered in 2 days. The quality was beyond my expectations. My previous experience of rechargeable lamps were those cheap looking plastic ones. I particularly liked the gold cover for the remote. I will most definitely buy another lamp.”
