“My picture light was lovely. Really beautiful. When I had to contact Pooky twice about my orders it was frustrating that no one answered the phone-instead there was an answer machine message saying they were too busy to answer. The team did call me back later and resolved my issue but it would be good to have someone to call directly. My next day delivery which I paid £14 for and ordered before 10am took two days. This payment was refunded on request. I would use Pooky again though.”

“Great little lamps! I needed some dinky lamps to illuminate the corners of a shelving unit. There was a huge choice of rechargable ones but I find them far too incovenient (having to remember to re-charge them) so was delighted when these little lamp bases became available. They do the job brilliantly”

“I recently bought a beautiful pooky rechargeable table lamp. Unfortunately it arrived and the magnetic connection between bulb and base was not working. After a brief correspondance the base was collected and a new one arrived the next day - in perfect working order. I love it. Really brightens up a dark corner. Thank you. X”
