“I hadn’t heard of Pooky until my mum got a rechargeable lamp from them. It just so happened we needed a new lampshade for a table lamp we found on Marketplace, so thought why not. It’s really stunning. We went for quite a simple design but you can really tell it’s been hand-crafted and made. Sometimes I’m reluctant to splurge on something I could probably find second-hand, but this was well worth it and it’ll now be a lamp that I keep for a long, long time. Very high quality, would recommend. See pics!”

“I am so keen to write a review because, although I have been aware of Pooky for years, this is the first time I've experienced of the gorgeousness of their products and the friendly reassurance of their customer service. I have only bought a lamp-base and a lampshade so far, but plan to order a further lampshade soon. I was a bit wary about buying the wrong lampshade size, so contacted the company, and the actual, human person (!) who took my call was very helpful and friendly. My items were delivered really quickly by a professional courier company and were so carefully-packaged. The notification was timely and I was given a very precise delivery window. The lamp base I bought was the turquoise stucco and the lampshade is the petal chequerboard design; I still can't stop looking at it. I expect the novelty will wear off and it will become just another 'piece of furniture' - but the room will be showing another side of its' personality now that it has my Pooky lamp in it : )”

“I have purchased 3 rechargeable side lamps and 5 rechargeable wall picture lights all the items are of good quality. Recently had a purchase that had to be returned they were very helpful and made the retune process very easy well worth the 5 stars I gave them.”

“I love the lamp I bought but was disappointed to be hit with a customs bill on receipt of the product in Ireland. I am advised that most retailers register for some kind of service that deals with this at point of sale, it's never nice to have it happen afterwards. However, I cannot fault the product received and the rest of your products look to be very nice.”
