“The two lamps have such a cool design, and seem of high quality. Perfect for our kitchen in Italy. I've subtracted one star due to Pookey shipping the lamps individually, and not in one box or bundled together. This meant we had to pay two bills to the delivery service in Rome, which was surprisingly expensive. And unnecessary. I will keep this in mind when considering ordering more products.”

“Product, service and delivery were all great. Only thing that lets it down is that you can’t buy 12v drivers from Pooky which means you can’t order everything needed for the lights in one place.”

“Having recently discovered Pooky,I now have two table lamps and I'm sure it won't be the last of my purchases. I really like the buying process of choosing a base and then finding a shade that you know will fit that base by clicking on the link,there's no need for guesswork and having the option of including a bulb,also knowing that it will fit the base, means that when it arrives it takes just a minute or two to get it working. The shades are beautiful colours and designs with lots of choice and arrives well packaged. I highly recommend.”

“The item arrived promptly and well packaged, but unfortunately the build quality was incredibly poor. It was not even possible to assemble due to misaligned holes and wonky metalwork etc. Customer service were friendly and responsive, and they sent another chandelier out. Unfortunately this had the same issues again. I got in touch with customer service again, and asked for them to send one where the item had been assembled before sending, so we were confident I would receive one which would actually work. Instead, they just sent another one out from the warehouse without checking. At this point I had 3 chandeliers, none of which were possible to assemble. Customer service went off for about another week to try and work out how to resolve this. In the meantime, I worked out a way of bending the metalwork into a shape which would enable some level of assembly. I spent a lot of money, time and energy and I’m left with a chandelier which looks wonky, but just about passable. At least I have one that is installed now, but when I eventually look to replace this for a better one, I wont be shopping at Pooky again. The decent customer service doesn’t make up for the poor/expensive quality of the product.”
