“Have not received my order of the Stella pendant and Pooky are extremely slow to respond to messages (I have not had a reply from them yet) so who knows if I will ever receive my item or get my money back!? Such incredibly poor service for an expensive purchase. Would think very hard before ordering again.”

“I purchased a rechargeable marble lamp base and it was despatched and received in excellent time. I would definitely purchase again from this company as a need arises.”

“A dream of a website to use. Great selection of lovely products. Easy checkout and amazingly quick delivery, perfectly packaged. Delighted with all of the light fittings. The bonus is you receive rewards for shopping with them. Lovely. Thank you.”

“Stylish, well made product. However, when it first arrived it was as if an elephant had sat on it: frame completely snapped and glass shattered. However, the returns process was quick and easy.”

“Great service in the shop - beautiful showroom- and speedy delivery service. We bought a rechargeable lamp with very good quality light and recharging. Unfortunately we picked the wrong colour so we returned and will try again. However, the product and service were great. Love Pooky lights!”

“I'd been a bit sniffy about rechargeables until I saw the Pooky Dorothy table lamp at a friend's house. It seemed to give out quite a bit of light, which was great, but as a bonus, it was a very neat little lamp and the curvy stem gave it a bit of a quirky edge without jarring too much in a country cottage. I love it!”

“Great design, however assemby and mounting is incredibly painful. It seems enginnering of the lamp is not thought through. It's the 3rd time we've bought the lights and always the same experience.”

“The girl in your Pooky Gloucester showroom could not have been more helpful and she went to so much trouble to find the right lights for me for my bathroom and great suggestions for my island lights. The lights and shades I ordered arrived the next day - what service, thank you! I shall be back for those island lights!”

“Great choice of rechargeable pendants and I love the Smaller Qilin shades we chose - look great over kitchen bench. Easy to fix and assemble APART FROM the problem we had fitting the washers to the glass shades which were uneven. We resorted to superglue which solved the issue!”
