“This is the second time I've bought from Pooky and once again I've received excellent customer service, fast delivery and beautiful products. “Fabulous lights and great designs. They have been perfect for us in a spare room with no electrics by the sides of the bed!!! Super fast delivery and great packaging. Loving the remote control and the ability to select the right amount of light with the dimmer. They would work equally well in any room of the house.”

“A first visit to a Pooky store: the Gloucester shop selling their full range plus a section of seconds and sale items. A very welcoming store, and excellent service from Olga. We bought several items, new and seconds. The seconds were their apparently largely discontinued Papaya range of shades, which we like a lot. Please bring them back, Pooky! They are a necessary, clean, sharp balance to the more mumsy shades which, whilst no doubt popular, aren't our cup of tea. All in all a good trip, with friendly and helpful staff.”

“I had been considering buying a Pooky lamp for my dining room/hall for some while and thought it a bit of a luxury. So glad I took the plunge - Tiny Trindle. Absolutely love this lamp. Great, because it’s a rechargeable. Looks good on my dining room table, dining room windowsill or hall table. Excellent quality. Also arrived in strong packaging well wrapped. Live it. “Great products but poor customer service. Sent an urgent email two days ago and am still waiting for a response. Also, £6 charge to return products in a sale which they will then sell at a higher price; go figure?!”

Hello Ian, Thank you for your honest review. We are very sorry that you have not had a good experience this time around. It appears there was an email response sent to you on the 9/4/2026. We understand this will have been too late, however typically when a new response comes through to our mailbox, this can cause the email to go back to the bottom of the list as we work in chronological order. A member of the customer service team tried to call you and left a voicemail as the email we sent you had bounced. Our spring sale ended on the 7th of April and all items which were in the promotion returned to full price, however our customer service team were ready to honour you the discount. “Absolute recommendation! I ordered the "Jute Pendant in Red" online and am absolutely happy with all aspects of the purchase: Easy ordering and payment, fast shipping, excellent product. The lamp looks amazing and creates a warm and cozy lighting situation. What surprised me the most, was the super fast delivery to Austria from the UK within 4 calendar days!
