“I've seen the Pooky ads in the glossy Interior magazines so I thought I'd give them a try. Good responsive customer service, good delivery time with reliable courier (DPD) and a reasonably good prodiuct too at a fair price. Only issue is poor assembly instructions. Overall I would use Pooky again”

“Unfortunately, the lights which were the same design and the same wood finish did not match each other. They were also a lot darker than the photographs on the website, so they didn't match the room they were supposed to be for. I've had to return them. On the plus side, the customer service response was quick and helpful. Nevertheless it was still an inconvenience to have ordered lights which then had to be returned.”
