I did order a lamp which had a slightly bent light fitting, I alerted Pooky to this via their customer service team and they were extremely quick to reply - sending me a replacement lamp free of charge with speedy delivery! “What I love about Pooky that the staff is friendly and efficient, if you have any queries they are quick to respoind. You can get pooky perks, which you can redeem, which is great! I did once a return and everything went flawless. The products are great and work in modern or traditional interior design projects and there is a lot of choice. If I have more little remark to make I would say more plug in wall lights would be great. Thanks!”
