“Really rather wonderful service, firstly a GREAT choice of shades all sizes and colours, better than most high street names. In our case our two shades purchased ended up with someone else in our street, that lady telephoned Pooky and a very nice lady from Pooky telephoned us to tell us where they were. I have to say this was the day before Christmas Eve......now, that is what I call old fashioned service...very classy. I thanked the lady then and I thank her again now.”
