“I went into the store to buy a gift card for Christmas. You can’t! You have to buy on line and print off the voucher so just get a piece of paper. I wanted a smart gift card/voucher as a present. A Pooky voucher is a great present but not how it is on line.”

“Quality Cupola pendant lights with deco fitting for hallway. Love them. Electrician so impressed with product he is going to order some. Beautifully protected in packing and they look fabulous. Express delivery not available in view of amount of orders placed over Black Friday. Electrician was coming within 4 days so I phoned customer services and asked if the delivery could be expedited. I was advised they couldn’t promise but they would see what they could do. Delivered in time. Fabulous old fashioned customer service so thank you”

“I have purchased a beautiful silk lamp which is gorgeous. There is a small fault and they have immediately offered to replace the lamp, which is a great example of their customer service. I have used them several times before and always been satisfied with delivery and after sales service.”
