“The lovely 25cm pleated lampshade in natural linen had arrived promptly and safely packed. It was purchased for an antique French table lamp and it looks great. Over the years I bought number of fabulous always pleated lampshades from Pooky. Thank you, I am very please with you products and services.”

“Pookey has a very large portfolio of lights in many forms. I have bought ceiling , table and wall lights both 240v and rechargeable and have been really pleased with the quality of the lights , the stock levels and fast delivery and also the price. The rechargeable picture wall lights are a brilliant idea - if you move a painting you can move the light with it - this is a lot more useful than you might imagine I have also found customer support and communication to be excellent When I decorate a room I always try to introduce something new - a change of light has a big impact and Pookey has been my choice recently. Great company who deserve to be successful Paul Alexander”

“I shopped at Pooky a lot in the last year - 3 ceiling fittings, a large mirror, a floor lamp and most recently this articulated brass table lamp (used with a vintage shade of my own) - I've had no issues with deliveries or the quality and functionality of the lighting, still love it all. Good prices for the quality of products.”

“If you can get to the showrooms they are fantastic, and the staff were very helpful. It was a Friday afternoon and the sales person said I might not receive them until middle next week. Well emails started arriving and my purchases arrived on the Saturday afternoon. Wow, what service!! The products are exactly what you see and the choice is fantastic, I have started to spread the news and I can't wait to get the lampshades up in my newly decorated room. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Pooky!”

“LOVE Pooky lighting and have previously bought a couple of pendant lights and had 0 problem. Recently I bought the double crail outdoor light and the quality/QC was very poor. Thinking the first one was a fluke I reordered again but unfortunetly the imperfections were worse on the replacment. Personally the manufacturing quality was not reflected in the price. Easy returns and the customer serivce I cannot fault, more disapointed as i really liked the Light Fixture”

“I have bought some great lights from Pooky, but the last purchase, the Large Seurat rechargeable picture light was a big disappointment. It is fiddly to mount and gives very low, poor light. The magnetic grip seems ok, but even with the moveable arm (flimsy) it is impossible to fully floodlight a picture. Definitely go for a spot option, as the strip light effect does nothing to enhance an artwork. I have to press the remote several times to get a reaction. Cannot recommend,”

“I really like my Blake rechargeable picture light. It is very easy to charge and has a very long life. It lights my 90cm by 90 cm painting very well. I bougth it in brass as this was the only finish available but contacted Pooky's customer service to check whether it would also become available in the bronze finish. I received a very speedy and helpful response from Megan who has now put me on the waiting list for when the bronze picture light is back in stock. All round great product and service.”
