“My order arrived almost falling apart, I blamed the delivery person. However upon opening the package, even the inside box was torn to pieces, and the shade I ordered was dirty on the inside fabric. Absolutely horrendous shopping experience”

“The most beautiful and high quality products. Absolutely perfect for our Georgian renovation and whilst not the cheapest you know they will last and age well.”

“I just wanted to say how much I love my new lampshade, and how helpful the Pooky team were when my email went down and I couldn’t receive confirmation of my original order. Thank you for having a customer service team you can actually speak to - it makes such a difference! Oh and for designing beautiful lighting.”

“I wanted a corner light to match my pendants and wall light already installed. The rechargeable light is an amazing design, particularly the ease of removing the bulb to recharge. It lets off a really lovely warm glow. I couldn’t be happier with it.”

“Bought a standard lamp from Argos with a horrible shade. The Pooky linen drum shade was a great upgrade. Good price, good quality, came quickly.”
