“The quality of my lamp is superb. Wanted a lamp to brighten up a dark hallway that had limited electrical sockets. The Criss Cross rechargeable lamp in natural marble is just perfect.”

“The lights are beautiful but I was disappointed to be charged a £6 re-wrapping fee when I returned a shade. I’m not sure how anyone is expected to actually see the shade without taking the plastic wrapping off and therefore there’s no practical way of receiving a full refund. I would note I subsequently ordered two replacement shades.”

We completely understand your point that the shade needs to be unwrapped in order to properly see and assess it. The re-wrapping fee is intended to cover the additional handling and packaging required to return the item to a saleable condition, rather than to discourage customers from viewing the product.
