“Good lights if a little overpriced, quick delivery and well packaged. Customer service are quick to reply too. Products are as described and seem decent quality. Only real gripe is that I had to wait months for an item to come back into stock!”

“This was my first Pooky purchase and I'm delighted with it. Stylish rechargable lamps are hard to find and the Wobster fits the bill perfectly for adding light to my landing. The delivery was prompt, the lamp was well packed, and the quality is excellent. I was particularly pleased with the wide range of shades. Thank you Pooky, I'm sure I will be back!”

“Worst experience i ever had with a british company: i called twice to make sure my order would be delivered while i was in London. I went to the Chelsea store: the sales assistant took care of my order immediately. I was supposed to receive my order next day at my hotel. I paid for the 24.00 delivery service. Warehouse didn't do his job and my delivery arrived days after my departure to europe. I called the customer service: answer; we cannot do something for you. I wasted my time ( a morning going to the store), 60 pounds for the taxi, my energy and time (family holidays) to check and call the customer service, and this company refused to purpose a solution. If i order the lamps ( several) from europe in will pay import taxes etc. with the risk of transport damages. The ability to correct mistakes so as not to harm more a customer is the difference between a "low cost" company and a company with a reputation for quality. Pooky is sadly a " low cost" company for taking care of the customers! My advice: avoid this company!”

“Lovely fittings, perfect shades! Reasonable prices and impressive quality, the fittings in brass feel very solid and the shades are just perfect. No trouble with the delivery or payment although I ordered from Sweden. I’m very happy with my purchase and I will definitely come back for more.
