“I recently ordered a rechargeable lamp for one of my bedrooms. I found the website easy to navigate, with lots of choice and the ordering was simple. Delivery took place after a few days and the packaging was sturdy and the contents all in tact. I was really pleased with my choice and the quality was well above what I expected. At least I won’t have anymore trailing cables to hide. I have purchased the rechargeable lamps before and have been so impressed with the longevity of the lights when lit, having a dimmer switch too helps to create a warm atmosphere too. Would highly recommend!!”

“Pooky offers exceptionally classy lighting. For me, no other lighting retailer came close to the very beautiful Deco Baby Roddy wall lights which I purchased recently. I have four in my living room and they are works of art as well as being functional. Service and delivery was excellent.”

“We visited the Pooky showroom and were looked after from the moment we entered. After browsing the huge collection we settled with help on some beautiful shades for our 25 year old lamp bases. They arrived within 3 days of ordering beautifully packed and they look wonderful on our bases. A first class experience with fabulous knowledgeable friendly showroom Ladies. Highly recommend.”

“Again, I bought a lovely lampshade from Pooky, usual same good quality. Unfortunately this time I had to return and request a refund because the floorlamp I have requires a pendant shade and I didn't take that into account. Return procedure I found to be straightforward and I'm now awaiting my refund.”

“Lovely little lamp, sturdy and very well made, just right to bring light to a dark corner of our dining room, set of beautifully by a shade from the Ellen Merchant range that compliments the dimensions of the lamp really well. The bulb is easy to remove and recharge and gives off plenty of light (I bought a spare so I am never without the soft glow as our room has very little natural light) I will be back for more!”

“I find Pooky very easy to deal with. I recently phoned to ask a member of staff about a lampshade size. She was very helpful.. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t really like the smaller size when I saw it on my lovely Walter base, but the returns process was very straightforward. All I have to now is order the larger lampshade!”
