“I think you have a product fault with your classic pendant. The mounting bracket sits much high than the mounting holes for the pendant cover where I tried for around 2 hours to screw it in. I expect some wiggle room, but is around 5mm. I have included a photo showing how much of a gap it is. It is almost impossible to just loosen the bracket on the ceiling and hope it will line up with the cover. I also included a photo showing the hole is not vertically aligned, I think the hole sit lower than its intended design.”

“I am completely in love with this stunning lamp! I bought the smaller stucco lamp in stone and paired it with the 35cm ikat shade in Navy yoga, creating a gorgeous look that just complements everything in my room to absolute perfection. The stone stucco base has a solid, beautifully crafted structure, and the linen shade feels so special. The packaging was incredible, delivery was right on time, and knowing I can choose another beautiful Pooky shade that will effortlessly match the base in the future makes this an absolute fab purchase. Not to forget the discount I was given as a first time customer always a plus!”

“Lovely looking lamp, having bought two small rechargeable lights from Pooky I decided to get one of the bigger lamps and liked the Wobster. I also bought one of the recommended shades. It arrived promptly although there was an issue with the controller, which was dealt with quickly and a new one soon arrived. My only gripe is that the shade doesn't fit onto the lamp as well as on the smaller lights. Either the rim on which it sits is a bit small, or the magnetic force isn't enough to hold onto the shade but if you brush against it the shade tilts somewhat and could cause the lamp to overbalance. This isn't an issue with the smaller lamps I have. Apart from the the quality is good and the genesis cell efficient and lasts well too”
