“Received the Ruby Candy Stripe lampshades. Absolutely love them. Arrived quickly with care and attention to packaging of the shades. They are a high quality and love the colour. I don't often recommend products but have no reservations in recommending Pooky. Thank you and will certainly use this company again.”

“I recently purchased the Tiny Trindle rechargable lamp and love it so much that I've just bought another one. (The Genesis system is definitely the future!) I have also bought two lampshades for existing lamp bases, both of which are beautiful and of a very high quality. Very happy customer.”

“Service 5/5 - I ordered the day before Black Friday for the whole site to offer 15% off < 24 hours later. Contacted Pooky and they refunded the difference. (Maybe the right model would have been for Pooky to contact me and offer the discount though!). Lamp base 5/5 - I love it; heavy cut crystal and it feels substantial Lamp shade 4/5 - it doesn’t quite sit flat when connected to the base (via the magnets) and because the metal arms are solid, there’s no ability to adjust and correct it. Light unit 3/5 - They work really well and hold a good charge (2 “days” if using for mood lighting). The usb c connector is a bonus… However, it’s not so convenient. That’s because you have to use the proprietary cable that’s supplied with the lamp. A normal USB C or Thunderbolt cable does not work. Not sure why this design decision was taken but I’d forego any features to have universal charging compatibility and not rely on a dedicated cable.”

“Beautiful rechargeable lamp and fantastic customer service. I first bought another lamp and shade, which did not suit my room. I then ordered another, luckily in the Black Friday deal.
