“I ordered two matching lampshades recently but very reluctantly had to return them as the colour was not right for my decor. The lampshades themselves were well made. They had arrived a couple of days after ordering, very well and securely packaged. The returns process is very straightforward and, as I chose the drop off option, was free of charge. Hope to be able to choose something else soon.”

“Sadly the expected high end/ high quality product [light shade] was damaged in two areas [the wire and the metal of the shade] and of poor quality. Packaging was also not appropriate for the product. The process for returning could be improved also.”

“I ordered a 45cm straight empire in pleated, natural linen. The website made it so easy to ensure that the correct size/style is ordered to suit my existing base, this takes a lot of stress out of placing orders on line. So, thanks for this. The order arrived the following day and I received updates regarding progress throughout. The shade arrived in carefully packaged, recyclable box and was in perfect condition. The quality of the shade is excellent, its a beautiful design and is well made. I will be ordering from Pooky in the future, I can't fault customer service, the process or the quality of the product.”

“Love the range of lampshades online. However, first time I've placed an order, and the 18cm pendant silk in coral silk was in reality more of a rust colour, so sadly having to return it. Will try ordering another, which is currently out of stock. Customer services responded quickly to my email, on a Sunday, about when it is likely to be in stock.”

“I received the package very quickly. Very easy to put it up. So pleased that our dark hallway with no electrics has now a new rechargeable wall light. Feels strong, lush and very good quality. Love the lamp shade as well. Will save up to get more.”

“Every aspect of Pooky has been excellent. The lamstands, the lampshades and the wall lights have all been delightful. The quality and design have brought joy to my new home! “As a man being taken into a lighting shop by my wife and her friend, I imagined I would be waiting by the door until they had made their selections. Pooky was not that experience at all. It draws you in to a show room like no other I have ever seen. The staff are eager to help but also know to let you browse without constant encouragementy to buy. The products are also of remarkable quality and variety, there is somethihg to suit every pocket. As a result it was me that made the selections and purchases and I enjoyed the shopping experience.
