“I ordered a variety of Florence switches. The delivery took ages. Additionally I am not very impressed with the switches themselves. The covers are really flimsy and don't cover the base fully. More importantly the colour variety is just a bit of a joke. In the picture both switches are allegedly the same colour: brass. I understand a small variety of colour but this is absolutely ridiculous.”

“Love my light switches. They look great. I not the bronze with brass. The switches are quite hard for installation in my old house with imperfect walls as you cannot secure it with a screw.”

“Ordered 2 x E27 pendant kit with antiqued brass finish - Actually they are brushed brass not antique so not really what we wanted. I did check the part codes on the box it is the same as ordered but on their website/order confirmation states antiqued brass finish but the box itself states brushed brass. Quality good except for the cable connector box which has to be the cheapest I've seen in years, very fiddily to connect cables. Bought LED light elsehwere last month which had a cable connector with push down connectors not tiny screws and thin plastic holding it together, not sure why worth saving a few pennies on the one thing that makes a massive difference when installing it”
