“I have purchased a number of Pooky lamps and lampshades over the last 10 years or so. Most recent purchase of 2 Pooky Twinky rechargeable table lamps will join 2 previously purchased Twinkies and 2 Scoons. Never disappointed, excellent customer service and products are of high quality.”

“I needed 2 replacement bulbs for lights I bought 5 years ago. The young lady I spoke to initially on the telephone was really helpful. Unfortunately, one of the bulbs arrived damaged. I rang customer services and a replacement was promptly dispatched with no questions asked. Very impressed with the whole service. Thank you.”

“Ordered a very large lampshade which has totally transformed the room. Pooky have a fantastic range of both lamp bases and shades, better than anywhere else, with a great range of facilities on their website, i.e trying different shades with bases. Delivery was quick and my lampshade was carefully packaged to minimise it getting crushed in transit. I would 100% use again and very happy to recommend Pooky.”
