“Love love love this light fitting. The bronze finish is exactly that and has a luxurious appearance and so worth the price. It arrived in sleek, orderly packaging which made opening it a pleasure. Quick and easy installation only took about 10 mintues so hazzle free as no electrician needed. I also love the remote control it came with as it has a sperate gold casing that encloses the black normal look which again makes it luxurious and elegant. The charging of the light is straight forward amd user friendly as it just unclips from the magnetic fitting. I would definitely recommend this product if looking for wall lights as no hard wiring required.”

“Love the website where you can see every shade paired with a base, makes life so much easier. Ordered a rechargable lamp, shade and spare lamp (on offer) and it looks great. The lamp is perfect for moving about for a bit more glow as we don't have overhead lighting. It also makes a great lamp for the dining table, bedside table, desk....... Very Happy with purchase.”

“HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE !!! The measure of any good business is how they respond when things go wrong. We went to the Gloucester showroom and ended up buying two lights, both were faulty. Not ideal, however these things happen. Then proceeded to get in touch with customer service via phone and email, they couldn’t have been less helpful and basically said we had to deal with Gloucester showroom. So had to make another visit on a weekend to drop lights back and try and get problem resolved. Iconically I was told when visiting that they couldn’t deal with issue and it had to be referred to customer service. So left it with them to contact me following week. 4 days later and after leaving multiple messages on customer service number as couldn’t get through, I had to make another visit to said showroom. Once again they couldn’t deal with. I’ve wasted 3 journeys and 3 electrician visits on this company and still no better off. You can have the best product in the world, however without the right processes and support it’s no use to anyone. I couldn’t recommend this business less and would strongly suggest you look for an alternative option before spending a penny with them. Pooky, instead of spending ur profits on a new sofa business which u then try and cross sell to ur customers. I strongly recommend u look at ur customer service and processes. It’s beyond disjointed.”

“We are very pleased with our purchase of the smaller marmaron rechargeable table lamp and shade. It is an excellent quality base and shade. “I recently went into the showroom in The Furniture and Arts Building and was really overwhelmed by the lights, lamps and lampshades on display. I ordered a couple of shades and the retail assistants were very helpful and enthusiastic. It was such a great experience. I have bought online before but I must say nothing beats going into the showroom and having a whale of a time looking, imagining and deciding. It was such a pleaseure and the experience was memorable. I have also asked to be reminded when new stocks arrive as you were out of stock for a certain lampshade which I thought perfect for some wall lights I have installed in my dining room.”

“we were looking for a wire free picture light and Pooky had an excellent selection of designs to suit our requirements.The unit we bought looks fantastic ,but I have to say ,even though I'm anaccomplished DIYer it was a struggle to get the whole thing level as the hinged bracket wasnt quite level with the back plate , and the magnetic light itself has to be positioned perfectly centrally, othre wise it will lie at a tilt. Having said that after some perseverence we managed and the results exceed our expectations”

“Wow just wow, super pleased with my regular holophane pendant, it’s big! So definitely check size as there is a smaller one. Luckily we have high ceilings but even so had to adjust the cord quite a lot. Definitely needed two people at the end to screw the brass plate in at the bottom of the lamp, we found it needed somebody to lift the lamp to create a bit of slack but it’s heavy!! Ignoring hubbys grumblings I’m thrilled with the overall look … my very own disco ball.”

“Love my beautiful rechargeable artichoke lamp. Looks amazing and is incredibly easy to charge, assemble, move around etc. I wondered if it was worth spending the extra when there are much cheaper lamps elsewhere but I’m glad I did. It looks very high end and the magnet fitting for the light bulb pack works brilliantly, plus it has a remote with its own swanky little holder. I’m so pleased!”
