“Beautiful, good quality and reasonably priced lighting with a huge variety of styles to suit most interiors and exteriors. A vast choice of light shades in many sizes. Brilliant rechargeable lamps, picture and wall lights. Other items on the easy to navigate website inc. great choice of mirrors, candle holders, wall switches and plug sockets. Customer Service is A1, any problems are dealt with swiftly. Items always arrive quickly and well packaged.”

“Unfortunately I'll feel disappointed with the lamp I received, the first lamp I received was damaged and the second lamp is discoloured has funny orange marks on it .they were quick to send a replacement for the first one in time for a gift, but I couldn't ask for a second replacement because i wanted to give the gift on time, she is happy to live with the marks but we are all disappointed on the quality of item that was over £50 ! First time using this company and not sure I'll be ordering another lamp base .”

“We are mad for Pooky. Retail lighting in the UK is so dull and predicatable and all too often of very poor quality. Pooky is not only innovatory and well designed, the quality is also excellent. We are now well into double figures of lights and are, frankly, running out of space.”

“I was worried these might be too small but they are so gorgeous and sweet. We love the tap to turn on element and that it didn't need to be hardwired. The brass is lovely and the customer service/delivery was very good.”

“Take care - products not as shown on webstore. I ordered a lovely 'Beacon' candle holder in 'antiqued brass'. It looked so beautiful on the webstore. What arrived was a dull, spray-painted disappointment. Customer service tried to fob me off, saying it was a screen/OS/Browser issue. Shameful. I'm now faced with the task of removing the paint to return it to beauty.”

“I saw this light last week in a feature in The Times, I was so excited the manufacturers name was given I went on the Pooky website, found it, ordered it and received it 2 days later I am over the moon, its is utterley fabulous & I may buy another, one I love it so much It is better irl than the photograph”

“I *never* leave reviews for anything, but I have to say that we were blown away by the beauty and the quality of the lamp we received from you (Smaller Pod rechargeable table lamp in antique brass). It is absolutely stunning! Substantial and beautifully made with lovely detailing and has a lovely finish/patina. Congratulations on a wonderful product.”

“Well made, pretty, robust little lamp and shade, promptly delivered. It would be helpful if the website could provide an estimate of the total height of a lamp (base+shade) since this is not easy to work out (the base of the shade sits below the top of the lamp).”

“Our order was poorly packaged and one of the lamps arrived damaged. The replacement was ordered without difficulty but it was slightly inconvenient to have to go to the only local shop where we could drop off the faulty one. The instructions are very poor, and state that the rechargeable battery will only last two years. All in all, they're very expensive for what they are, especially if the battery really does die in 2 years.”

Hi there, Thank you for sending in your review. I do apologise that your order was delivered and the one lamp arrived damaged. I can see that this was replaced and the new one arrived safely. As with any battery powered product, these will degrade naturally over time. If the lamp is used regularly it may degrade sooner, and if it is not used often then it will last longer. Our warranty period is two years, so if the battery fails within this period we will replace them and if it were to fail out of our warranty period then we would be able to repair these. This is a service we are currently discussing internally, and would come with a small charge.
