“Unbelievably helpful customer service and excellent products, but in the rare occasion support is needed with a product query or quality issue the support is super friendly and generous. “I have a few Pooky lights now and particularly love the Lisboa in amber.I have two in my lounge and the soft hue they give off is exactly what I was looking for. The quality of Pooky lights is excellent and the customer service very good. Highly recommend”

“Excellent products, excellent service! I bought a lampshade then bought the Phileas rechargeable lamp (stayed charged up for a lot longer than I thought it would) and a lampshade and all are perfect and brighten up the spaces where they are. I'm now about to order another rechargeable lamp and shade. Timely delivery and well packed in cardboard boxes. My only problem is deciding what lampbase and shade to buy!”
