“We were advised to look at the Pooky website by a retired interior designer friend. It was so easy to browse and choose the shade we wanted. The ordering process was very straightforward and even better because it was in the sale. The shade arrived within the time stated securely wrapped in a big box. We were kept fully informed by email of the delivery process. It arrived on time on the date and the courier had put in a sheltered spot out of the rain because I had to pop out briefly. To summarise an excellent service.”
