“Lights arrived very quickly. Beautiful!. The website is excellent and product is exactly as pictured . I will be ordering again as the quality and choice is just so good . Downside is that as I live in Ireland I have to pay duty but the delivery was very prompt and so it was worth the extra cost !”

“I was most impressed with the service when I noticed that the previously posted price (I had taken a picture of the lamp some 2 weeks previously) was lower than the price on the Internet. When I contacted Pooky to point this out the difference was immediately refunded. I cannot ask for a better service than that. Moreover the lamp in question is now fully installed and looks amazing. Well done Pooky!”

“I am an interior designer and I am always overjoyed to choose and work with Pooky lighting. The range is individual and you won't find any of their delights repeated with any other companies. My go-to wonderful lighting company.! I love their beautiful lampshades that you can mix and match and the luscious finishes of antique brass and steel. Their service is second to none, always ready to help with any questions you may have and send items lovingly and well packed. “I have brought several lights from pooky now. Although the last one I had to send back it was with dissapointment as it was too big for my room, however it was stunning and I would have loved to have kept it but sadly wouldn't fit anywhere. I also have two wall lights in my bedroom, again they are stunning, beautifully made and everyone remarks on them. I would definitely buy again. The customer service is also very quick and helpful in answering emails. Highly recommend Pooky.”

“Bought one of your wonderful lamps. I found that it was out of stock as soon as it came into stock again you let me know it was bought as a present for my daughter and as such I haven’t opened it, but you very kindly extended the returns policy just in case it’s damaged as I didn’t want to unwrap it great service. Thank you very much indeed.”
