“Delivered in a very poor condition. Wooden body was covered with green mold. The paint work has faults. I definitely do not recommend.”

Hi Engin, Thank you for taking the time to send in this review. Firstly, I'm so sorry you have received a base in this condition. That is absolutely not our usual standard, so I will be contacting you directly regarding this as I can see that you haven't been in touch with us as yet. The paint finish that you have also noted is the finish of these bases - they are not a solid black and the texture of the wood does come through though we understand that this may not be to everyone's tastes. “Received my Pooky lampshade and I wasn't disappointed. I had already visited their showroom at Red Brick Mill and looked at their shades to determine size and shape and even brought home fabric samples to enable me to match my lounge decor. It was delivered in a large strong box by DPD in perfect condition. Overall the showroom, the website, the ordering and delivery all exceeded my expectations, and I have already got my eye on my next purchase!”
