“Painfully onerous returns policy that basically means if it's the mounting hardware at fault you can't return, as you have fitted the light and it is no longer in a saleable condition. Avoid if you have a busy life and want a less stressful experience. Look elsewhere.”

“Pooky Pietro lamps x 2 purchased online. Speedy delivery but one glass shade broken when received. Customer service excellent and a replacement sent immediately but better packaging of the glass shade would have prevented this issue. Very pleased with the lamps.”

“I was helped by the lovely ladies in the shop and over email helping me choose which shade to purchase as I loved so many of them. They were so patient and friendly, it was such a great experience. The lamp itself is great quality and adds a great pop of colour to my space. I’ll definitely be back to shop at Pooky when I can!”

“I have bought many quality lighting products that are beautifully crafted and styled and I am delighted with them all. The only reason for losing one star is that in my last purchase I bought shades for a wall fitting that did not fit on this particular wall light although it showed it on the website. It would be better to only show shades that actually fit the product otherwise there is a lot of wasted time returning and reordering. Also more than one month has passed since I purchased the shades as I was waiting for the electrician so I’m hoping my return will be accepted.”
