“Lighting great and good delivery. However you are missing a trick on sockets and switches. Would have gone for you but your stock isn’t good and you don’t sell the full range of products (usb sockets, fan isolators, plug sockets etc etc) which makes the product pointless as you cant match it. Ended up spending around 1000 pounds with dowsing and Reynolds who do it, and they also having matching lighting so we may end up shopping there in future to match the finish.”

“Recently ordered 3 glass pendants for my kitchen island. They arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately one shade was broken upon opening. I took a video of us opening although this was not requested. I took a photo and emailed. The return system was very easy - just found a local drop off. Although I returned all items it was only because they didn’t suit the room. Shame As I had waited a long time for them to come back in stock. Pooky customer service was efficient and no stress involved. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“Really love the silk lamp shade. The colour is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Website is great and so user friendly with the different sizes, shapes and lamp base toggles and pictures of the shades with bulbs on and off so you can get an idea of colour. All so helpful to get a picture of what the product will look like. Also i so appreciate the section on how to pick the right size of shade. Thank you Pooky.”
