“RECHARGEABLE LAMPS: The cosiest most wonderful lamps I’ve ever had! I am delighted with them, they’ve exceeded all my expectations! After receiving 2 of the 16inch empire shades, and the 2 of the heavy fat little brass bases, I immediately ordered 4 more of the same bases and 6 more shades! Out of this world cosy and high end… I’m starting a collection of shades… Well done Pookey what a SUPER company and products. Jane”

“Fabulous range of products. I love the layout of website, especially the manner in which bases, shades and bulbs are put together. I have both the traditional type of lamp to which I attached a smart plug as displayed in attached screenshot. This enables me to turn on my light from couch - no getting up from my comfy sofa in order to put on lamp. I also have rechargeable lamp - so clever & lovely to look at. Pooky lighting create a wonderful atmosphere in my home.”

“Prompt efficient service. Well-packaged and delivered within days of placing the order. Bought a cable-free rechargeable table lamp. One of the more expensive alternatives available on line but probably the best. Once fully charged, the battery has a long life and we have used it daily since receipt. Fully satisfied with our purchase.”

“I was quite disappointed as not informatiom was given on the website as to what shades will fit the pending fittings and what shade fits both… And on asking customer servives, no converter available either-which is a shame.”

Hi Stella, I have looked into the email correspondence you have had with our Customer Service team regarding your Swan Neck wall fitting, and the shade you had queried about was from another company so I'm afraid we would not be able to give information on compatibility. I can see we did reply asking for some more information, but we did not receive a reply. When you then emailed separately we did provide information on the shades that we sell that are compatible with this fitting. We do include shade options when looking at the fittings, so customers are able to pair these components together to create their perfect fitting. I'm sorry that you felt we did not help with your queries. “I love everything on the Pooky site. My lampshade arrived promptly and was so so beautiful, but I chose the wrong size and have had to return it, which was disappointing but the process was easy. I love too the fact you can see how the shade looks on any type of base on the website, and despite Pooky’s helpful advice on sizing, I still got it wrong! I will definitely be ordering more.”
