“Sadly not one lamp base or shade was the same colour as the photographs on-line. Quite different. All had to be returned. One base had a firing fault and had clearly been returned by another customer as most of the packaging was missing. Paid for next day delivery and it took 3 days to arrive.”

Hi there, I apologise that you had received your order and it wasn't quite as expected. We do everything we can to try and ensure that the colours of our products are represented faithfully online. But it is unfortunately a fact that different devices (PCs, Macs, tablets, mobiles) all have different technologies and colour set-ups and this can result in colour differences depending on what device you view the product on. We offer free returns so that if an item in the flesh is not as you were expecting it, and does not work in your scheme, you are free to return it. “Bought a brass Phileas battery powered lamp after admiring my son’s lamp….and I’m absolutely delighted. Beautiful brass finish and weight and gives off a lovely warm light with a 20cm Cooli shade. Always quality with Pooky!”

“This was my second purchase from Pooky and like the first time my item arrived on time, was well packed and exactly as ordered. The rechargeable table lamp and lamp shade are just perfect. They were a present for my Mum and she absolutely loved them. Easy for her to switch on and recharge- just perfect.”

“I purchased two small rechargeable lamps after seeing them in a magazine. They arrived very well packed and on time. The quality of the lamps was beyond my expectation they are very robust and heavy and I particularly like the lamp shades I chose to go with them. The quality of Pookie goods are exceptional and I will definitely be purchasing again.”
