“I am so satisfied with my light, great quality and style but unfortunately I smashed it as I was opening the box, it was packed extremely tight so had to open both ends of box to get it out , I then put it back in box for protection but forgot this and moved the box and crash bang smash the light ofcourse fell out of the now opened end,so my own fault. I was very upset and when I spoke to Beth to see if could Ire-ordered the light to replace it and whether she could offer me a discount she was so empathetic and accommodating along with getting it here in time for the electrician to fit it a few days later. It is very rare these days for people to go above and beyond in customer service but your team really did and I am very grateful and will Definately recommend Pooky lights and use your services again. Thank you 🙏 🤩”

“These lamps are expensive but you get what you pay for. I live in the countryside and can be plagued by power cuts... they are practical and beautiful.”

“Just got third order through and I love everything I’ve bought. Customer service is very good (there was a split delivery) but info was sent right away. I love my two lamps and big mad mirror so much! They will be making me happy for years to come!”

“The lampshades are lovely but the colour is absolutely nothing like the images online! I will keep them because, pure fluke, they look fine in the room they were intended for, but PLEASE MAKE YOUR COLOURS MORE ACCURATE! It’s annoying.”

Unfortunately, different screens (PCs, Macs, tablets, mobiles) all have different technologies and colour set-ups and this can result in colour differences depending on what device you view the product on. We offer free returns so that if an item in the flesh is not as you were expecting it, and does not work in your scheme, you are free to return it. We do also offer free fabric samples so if you are unsure we can send these out to you and you can make sure it will be perfect before placing your order. “Delivery was prompt and lampshades well packed to prevent damage. Lamps were exactly as described and web site image accurate . Both lamps were in perfect condition which was my main concern as delivery is such a variable experience. I am beyond happy as the style and fabric has totally transformed the lamp bases. They new shades have made a wonderful impact on the whole room, it looks much more 'finished' .Thank you Pooky.”

“Just bought a Phileas rechargeable lamp in brass and a cream vellum shade-looks great anywhere in the house and the charge lasts ages if not on full power. I found my Freya lamp was so useful in a powercut that I bought this one as well.Much better than candles and safer!”

“I absolutely love my Pooky lights. I bought 2, a wee one and a larger one in watercress. I have put them in my bathroom and they look wonderful. I no longer need to put my bathroom lights on as I have my 2 little Pookys which give out a cosy little light. Thank you. I’ll be back x”
