“As usual Pooky offers a great customer service, but this time they really have exceeded my expectations! They dispatched my order very quickly but the courier delivered to the wrong address. I tried to contact the courier immediately but in the evening there was no sign on the courier website to amend their mistake. I contacted Pooky explaining that the parcel was delivered to a wrong address. Immediately Pooky issued another order totally free of charge, that I received very quickly. In the meantime, the courier recevoer my original parcel and delivered it. The second delivery arrived promptly, I contacted Pooky thanking them for their quick acting and asked how to send the second parcel back, they immediately send me a prepaid label and thanked me for updating them. Thank you Pooky for being so helpful with a small article (probaly my smallest purchase so far!) bought in the sale, but very cute. Perfect for my daughter's bedroom!”
