“Fantastic customer service and quality of lampshades. I bought a single shade followed by another of the same to have a matching pair, but the pattern didn’t match. I contacted customer support and they sent a replacement to match the original order without question, the returns process for the mismatched shade was seamless and free of charge. The new shade matches perfectly. 😃”

“Very happy with my rechargeable picture light. Easy to fit. Love the fact no electrician needed. The light highlights our Painting so well. Easy ordering, timely & efficient delivery. Very reasonable price considering the cost an electrician & re plastering! Love the remote. So far, all is great.”

“We love the fact that Pooky offer such stylish and stunning lighting at sensible prices. We have a number of Pooky lamps and shades around the house. We especially love the rechargeable lights as our current house do not have many powerpoints and we do not relish having power cables lying about!”

“I loved the base I chose - Satre turquoise. I ordered the 45cm shade which turned out to be too big for my room. I down sized to the 35cm and it looked a lot more balanced. The base colour coordinates with my room perfectly. I’m really pleased with my purchase. It all arrived well wrapped and it was easy to return the unwanted shade.”

“Beautiful quality light fittings and lampshades. The Scarlett red colour didn’t match on two different designs of the card shades, but the return process was free and easy, and the shades I have bought since do match in colour.”
