“Overall happy with my purchase, 4 stars given not in situ as yet. Purchase came in 2 packages and 2 deliveries, not sure why has could easily been packaged together.”

We do not package our orders in one big box as this can maximise the risk of damaged goods in transit, it also reduces the amount of packaging that we use so that we are using as little packaging as possible. “I am so delighted with the lampshade I ordered from you and very relieved that it was exactly like the picture in every way. The colour was just the right shade as shown and the size perfect. I had never ordered one in this way before but the choice in the shops I visited was so limited and you at Pooky gave me unlimited choice in colour shape, size and price. What more could I want? The delivery was exactly as your email message and the packing careful. I will certainly be back to you next time without hesitation. Thank you Pooky”
