“I have just received my chukka rechargeable lamps and I am delighted with them. They are the perfect height and very well made. I have always wanted some lamps on my mantle piece but have no plugs nearby so finding these rechargeable lamps was the perfect solution. I will definitely be buying more to put in dark, plugless spots around my house. V quick delivery too! Thank you Pooky!”

“purchased most of the light fixtures for our house renovation and have been really impressed with the quality of both the design and construction, the helpdesk have also been really helpful in swapping over fixtures that we purchased but werent quite right for the space.”

“Largely very happy with my lampshade. Lovely quality and thick soft lining. Had to return another lampshade as the metal was chipped off the fitting”

“Really nice range of products and good quality. I Would however like to see environmentally friendly packaging, as as I am Left with large pieces of polystyrene, which cannot be recycled. For a company with such innovative and stylish products, I would like to see packaging that is recyclable please”

Thank you for your feedback, we are glad to hear that you are happy with your order. We continually work with our suppliers to try and minimise the amount of packaging we use. Mostly, we use un-coated cardboard which is fully recyclable in the UK recycling centres. We send glass and ceramics by courier and use polystyrene to try and minimise breakages. There’s a difficult balance, as if we use too much packaging it's wasteful, and if we don’t use enough then products can break which can also negatively impact the environment.
