“I've just bought two yellow and white striped lampshades and they're fabulous. Just what I wanted to match some Laura Ashley bedding. They look really modern and funky. Delivery was so fast too. I'll definitely Pooky to my friends and family.”

“Great service. I ordered a Supermoon ceiling light and although there was going to be a short delay in the delivery time I was kept up to date by DPD so I had no issues with that. The light looks great fitted in the lounge and I'm also pleased with the lamp I ordered.”

“I love Pooky's rechargeable lamps. I bought a Trek lamp in black which is perfect for both standing on a shelf in my sitting room and taking outdoors for the garden table for those warm sunny evenings we sometimes have! It's small enough to stand on a shelf, but has three levels of lighting and is certainly bright enough. It's fab.”

“I ummed and ared about these shades for some time. Whilst good value for what they are I wouldn't normally spend so much on bedroom lamp shades. I am however really pleased that I did, they are beautiful and really lift the room. The fabric is gorgeous and the workmanship is excellent what more can I say. I couldn't fault the delivery or the packaging, it was all very professional. Oh and value wise, I looked for alternatives in other stores and anything of equivalent style / quality was much more expensive. I think I may be a Pooky convert lol.”

“Bought the recharge standard lamp and two wall Lamps. Really lovely looking however a quite major downside is that both wall lamps are controlled by the same remote control channel so it’s not possible to turn them off and on independently other than by pressing the top of the lamps. So not very good for bedside as pressing either remote turns both lamps from on/off to the opposite state.”

Hi Emily, Thank you for your feedback regarding our rechargeable lamps. I am sorry to hear about this issue. I can see that you have ordered one of our Twinky lights, and each lamp should come with it's own remote. I can confirm that you can turn on just one lamp at a time if you wish, you would just need to get closer to the lamp you would like to turn on to activate the sensor, as otherwise the sensor in the remote will turn both lamps on. “The rechargeable battery powered table lamp was exactly what I wanted. Solid and elegant, with a very smart remote control. The brass cover for the remote was a surprise too, really elevating its appearance. However at the risk of being churlish, I wish it had been brushed chrome, to match the lamp base! The lovely Ikat print shade really sets it off, and makes it an asset to my room.”
