“I’ve bought several lampshades now and love them. The service is also great with an easy return meaning I could try different sizes. Also got back to me super quick when I emailed a question about sizing”

“I love the look of our new rechargeable lamp but we haven't put it up yet because the instructions say to fully charge it first, and that it will light up red while charging and green when fully charged. Ours is showing a blue light so this is not terribly helpful.”

Thank you for getting in touch with your feedback. I am sorry to hear about this, it sounds like you may have the wrong instructions. The instructions for the Twinky say that the lamp should glow blue when it is charging, and then will go green when it's fully charged. “Lovely products. Return process was not straightforward. A label was not included… error I’m told. Printer required for return label. I don’t have one. Customer services helped but took a few messages. Please sort out your label packing and then it will be a great service.”

Thank you so much for getting in touch with your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you had some issues with returning your items. We don't include returns labels inside of the box in an effort to be more environmentally friendly. We do however enclose a returns form with instructions on how to make a return should customers wish to return an item. There is a QR code option for returning with both Yodel and DPD if you don't have access to a printer. I will be sure to pass on this feedback so we can continue to review or returns process to make this as efficient as possible. Best Wishes, Emmy

“I very much like the fittings. However, it was not explained that one needs to press the button in order to change the dimming. I thought that one of the fittings was faulty because it was so much less bright. Perhaps include this on the instructions for the uninitiated..?!”

Yes the Scoon rechargeable lamps are touch activated, so you would need to press and hold the top to dim/brighten the lights.
