“Everything we have bought to date from Pooky has arrived promptly, in perfect order and has been exactly what we wanted. From bathroom wall lights and pendants, star hallway pendants, table lamps with lampshades, and outside wall lights they have all added glamour and interest to the spaces they were bought for. Added to this the prices are reasonable for both their design and quality.”

“Absolutely love my Pooky clip on candle shades. They have made an enormous difference to the atmosphere in my sitting room. Understated and classic. As a side note, when my parcel arrived I was a couple of shades short of the 6 I had ordered. Pooky responded to me immediately and sent out the missing two with no fuss and totally efficiency. Totally brilliant. Needless to say I am putting together my next order already!”

“I purchased the flora ceramic shade in natural plaster and Henry gallery in antiqued brass for the cooper wall fitting in antique brass. Everything came well packaged and ahead of expected delivery time. The fittings are so luxe and beautiful they completely make the room. The ceramic shade in particular is something that I've not seen elsewhere and always gets commented on.”

“Had my first order from Pooky last week and was a little nervous. Ordering online you are not sure what the products actually look like or the customer service . My lamp arrived , wonderfully packaged and looking great . Unfortunately, whilst putting in the lightbulb I dropped the lens on my wooden floor and it shattered!! I called the customer service to order a new len and after explaining what had happened, they sent one out in a few days free . As it was my fault , I was surprised and grateful for their kindness.Excellent customer service and superb products ..”

“I love pooky and have bought a lot of shades in the past. This was my first time buying a bulb to go with the shade I bought. The bulb did not work at all but I quickly contacted the customer service team and they sent out a replacement straight away.”
