“Very good colour smashing”

“The curtain pulls are great. The option of shorter ones would be good too. The packaging let them down though. The items were taped to a piece of wood which weighed 265g. So long as the pulls had been wrapped in a few layers of bubble wrap they’d have been fine. They can’t bend or snap. A piece of plastic pipe would be better if they needed to be sure of no damage.”

We are sorry the items were not delivered on Friday. This was due to high demand over the Festive Period. Glad to see Tuffnells have now caught up and they were delivered on Monday,

“good, firm, holds its shape, And works well. 1 problem the clasp is difficult to keep open with one hand and attach to the curtain with the other. Answer is to hold the clasp with long nose pliers so it doesn’t keep shutting, slipping off the fingers, and bring pole to curtain ring and then releas long nose pliers.”

“I had several issues with both the pole and the fittings I bought. Very helpful after sales support sorting out the issues. Obviously it would have been better if the product had been right first time, but being great that things were sorted out without any fuss.”

“Love the product; good quality and delivered in plenty of protective packaging, would buy from here again. Only downside with service was on order, no precise delivery date was given (I think that was because this product is made to order). When I chased for a delivery date, no response received but pole arrived a few days later taking 15 days in total for delivery.”

Thank you for your comments. Including the Easter holidays which are not counted as working days the pole was delivered on schedule - 9 working days from order. The estimated lead time for this brand is 7/10 working days as the poles are made to order. Your account was updated with a delivery date and was emailed the day before delivery. You may want to check your spam and clutter folder in case you missed the delivery notification

“Although I had an email to say the item was out of stock and would not be available until after 6 March, the package arrived surprisingly on 2nd March. Thank you looks great and ready for the curtain man to put it all together.”

“Overall, very pleased. Had one small grub screw missing from a bracket fitting which was posted out straightaway. However, we needed to purchase two extra corner brackets but this company charge a flat rate postage fee which is too high for small items which could easily be posted in small jiffy back. So purchased these from another company to cut cost.”

“Good prices. Responsive service with good delivery, on time and as promised. It was well packed. There were parts missing from my order which only became apparent when I tried to fit the pole. Karen made speedy corrections once this was pointed out.”
