We had a problem with the new curtain rail which occurred during the early phase of the COVID lockdown. Once restrictions were relaxed, Pole Design organised the return of the rail for a detailed inspection by the manufacturer and within a few days it was fixed and back up on our wall. Well done Pole Design.
