“We were disappointed to be contacted on the day we were expecting our delivery to be told that you did not have the sealant in stock. We were not informed of this when we ordered. We asked for the money for the sealant to be reimbursed but to continue with the delivery of the spray cans. I called this morning to confirm these were in stock. I received no apology for the situation and the person I spoke to was not particularly helpful. We wait to see if the spray cans arrive.”

“I ordered some parts online. Didn't hear anything, no confirmation email, no contact. I phoned up after waiting two weeks and not receiving my order. I was told they didn't have the parts and would get them from another depot and post asap. It seems like my order got completely forgotten until I phoned. I cancelled my order as I needed the parts and s local supplier got them in next day for me. I know mistakes happen, but I would have appreciated an explanation and apology.”

“Not the greatest I have to say. I ordered a toilet seat from Plumbing Supplies Direct and the wrong one was delivered. They told me the one I had wanted was not available. They organised for the toilet seat they sent to be collected, and it was collected within a couple of days, but I am still waiting for my refund. They don't always answer the phone. I have left three messages and still no response!”

“They wasted 3-4 days before telling me that they were out of stock and had no idea when it would be back in stock. They then refunded me immediately fortunately. I ordered elsewhere and it was delivered the next day.”

“Longvtime delivery ordered Wednesday, received Monday. You offered next day delvery so I expected it on Friday. I didn't recive any order confirmation or invoice yet. Pipes has any dents.”

“Ordered "Inta Square Angled Radiator Valves" but got sent a completely different branded product. When I raised this I was told that "these are the only valves we offer". Highly misleading as the product advertised on the website remains listed as "Inta". Collection and refund was easy enough but still a waste of time.”

“Item ordered payment taken then told it had been sent out for delivery. Didn’t arrive and didn’t answer email so then when I phoned I was told the item ordered was out of stock. Refund did happen quickly though so that’s one plus. Over all not a great service.”

“Rubber tap washers instead of fibre washers received, needed that day so had to go out and get them. for the price it wasn't worth phoning and complaining. Two stars for prompt delivery of the wrong item.”
