“Emailed to enquire if in stock and followed through with an order. Emailed me to confirm order completed then received a further email notifying me the item was out of stock! This has also happened before via their auction site account.”

“I think that you sent me the wrong size. I ordered 1 1/2 inch but it is larger than the nut which need replacing and I cannot find a way to measure what you sent me which gives a 1 1/2 inch measurement.”

“Ordered several items including 2 x 3m lengths of 15mm copper tubing. A parcel arrived quickly containing most of the items but the tubing was missing. I phoned and was told it had been damaged in transit and they would send more out. Two more days and tracking showed it still being at Parcelforce's depot. I rang again and was told they would contact parcelforce. I waited....and waited and then rang again to be told Parcelforce had not got back to them so they were sending it out again. The following day I received a delivery of.... 2 x 1m lengths of 15mm copper tubing. I tried ringing several more times but no answer. Would not recommend or use again.”

“Ordered this blanking off plug mainly because the picture showed it could easily be tightened by hand and had a cross in the cap to help with fitting. The product I received was totally different and will require me to take the whole cistern to peices to fit it.”
