“2 out 5 sorry Ordered the product but items was missing when it arrived. I contacted the company and was told it would be looked onto, two days later I still had not been conted so I raised a ticket via there customer services email system. I recieved an automated email saying someone would get back to me within 24 hours. 24 hours passed I still had no response so I rang up and chased it again. I was informed I would be sent the missing items. When the items arrived they substituted what should of been a large aerosol for a much smaller one! I contacted them again via email and was told they didn't have the larger ones so it must be an issue with the supplier and that I could have a £5 credit for the inconvenience. I won't be using them again.”

“Hi . Yeah just disappointed that the rothenberger heat shield I've bought seems to have a defect on the clip as it doesn't fit correctly when fitted onto the blow torch arm. I've tried everything but can't get it to sit properly. Thanks Eddie”
