“I expected a 15mm tube connection as in the description. They are in fact female connectors for 15mm tube. the description is not sufficient and leads to confusion. My order is unusable.”

“No response via web chat, no answer when calling. When I did manage to speak to someone, I was told my order hadn't been processed due to a Google Chrome issue, then I was told it had gone through. All I wanted to know was when my product would arrive.”

“Goods shipped out by parcel force,not arrived. Phoned office they said it would be out that day still nothing arrived. Emailed the company also no reply. Won't use them again”

“Not very happy. I made an order complete with my full address and delivery note. Yet when it came to delivering my items, the courier couldn't because of insufficient delivery info. Not sure how that happened? Courier even sent them back to the wrong depot as well, so someone's not been doing their job properly! Worst thing is, I ordered them specifically for a job with plenty of time to allow for covid interrupted services and they never arrived. Leaving me high and dry. To say I am dissapointed is an understatement.....”

“It has taken over a week to get my order instead of 3? days. Ordered last Monday it turns out that some items were out of stock so why was my order accepted and why was the extra delivery payment taken. No communication from PSD. I had to chase them. Promise of delivery a few days later but nothing. Telephone and email not being answered. Eventually made contact but it still looks like my order which being delivered today, the eighth day, will not be complete.”

“Product arrived in good time and good price but when i opened the package i noticed the packaging that the tool comes in for some unknown reason had been cut in half why would they do this for some people this may not be of any consequence but it is to me as i want to keep all packaging and receipts and when i want to up grade my tools i sell the old ones with original packaging and receipt you will get more back when selling so quite annoyed”

“Ordered 2 plastering kits on a 48 hour delivery, they sent me emails advises that they had dispatched the kits but they hadn't, they kept hold of them because they didn't have all the items in stock, utter waste of time and not a great service, kit has arrived and still a trowel missing, not the best experience of buying from these people”
