“Bought a Rothenberger hot box and when it can I was a little unhappy that they was nothing inside the box to keep everything secure. Thought nothing more of it until I noticed in the advert it shows a foam insert so I rang up and was told that when I bought it it had no foam due to sourcing problems and that it stated this in the advert. At no point did I see this information in the advert. Was told to call Rothenberger direct which I did and got charged £15 for a foam insert!!! Feel ripped off by both companies to be totally honest and will never use them again because of this. If it wasn't for the fact that the expensive item inside the box will probably get damaged without the foam then I wouldn't have paid the £15 for the foam. Made a reasonably priced item rather expensive.”

“Could have been good value, packaging for delivery needs improving. The protection bubble wrap was all damaged/deflated, just like having two sheets of plastic in the box. Hence the two gas bottles and the torch where bashing around in the hard plastic hot box. Not sure if the torch is damaged as this wasn't included in the shrink wrap card, as advertised, in photo below which exacerbated possible damage. Also the only instructions received in the box relating to the torch are all foreign. Disappointing.”

“I expected a 15mm tube connection as in the description. They are in fact female connectors for 15mm tube. the description is not sufficient and leads to confusion. My order is unusable.”
