“I ordered an imperial sized sink-plug and it arrived on time at a good price and it is of excellent quality. It might seem odd to be so pleased with it, but having put up with a slightly too large metric one for years the perfect watertight fitting of this one is very much appreciated.”

“Very impressed with every aspect of my transaction with plumbing supplies direct! Price was much cheaper than their competitors, it was delivered earlier than was predicted, delivery tracking was excellent and it was packaged really well. After this experience I would have no hesitations about being a return customer.”

“The reviews for this "company" on Trustpilot are very poor, wish I had checked first before I used them as my experience is also not great. They have sent me the wrong product, a much cheaper item,I cannot contact them as their telephone number goes to a prerecorded message which gets you nowhere, so far they haven't replied to emails either. I have now raised a case with Paypal to try and retrieve my money, be careful with this outfit.”
